Vodafone India — Recharge complaint | |||
Sir, Good evevning i am a defence customer for the last 9 years i have voda no in delhi since 2006 and the gujarat voda no [protected] from dec 2012 i had no problem till date. I am being recharging the vodafone number since mar 2013 through justrechargeit app till date no problem. Today my std pack was suppose to exhaust at 2049 hrs and i recharged my mobile at 2015 hrs on 28 sep 2016 to continue the std pack there was a offer shown in the app saying recharge of rs. 65/- gives 84 days validity with a std call @25p per min. After recharge it is showing that vodafone calls at 10p min is started in your mobile. Immediately i called up customer care and spoke to the supervisior mr falguni prajapati for 22 minutes after that he said you should comfirm from cutomer care before recharging the mobile. Sir, i ask your high office is it possible for a customer to recharge the mob online seeing the offer and call the customer care for confirmation and then go for recharge. This is what ur supervisior says to a loyal customer for the last 11 years. I asked ur supervisor to convert the recharge std pack which is of rs 31 recharge amount and validity for 28 days at @35p std call per min and my remaining balance rs 34 will not be claimed by me. Please do the needful at the earliest as a defence personal i dont have so much of time to speak to ur customer care for 20 to 22 mins for a complaint.
