Dear sir, My mobile no.is [protected] and I have recharged for Rs.249/ on 12.07.14 @ 5 p.m and the I have chaged my mobile and I never used the data Today morning I tried to browse the net it wouldn't allow me to do so then I went to your store at Vadapalani, Chennai and there of your official at your store in Vadapalani Chennai said that there is no balance in your a/c.
