Vodafone India — Refund of 286.72 Rs. | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, This is inform to you that I, Avnish Kushwah, have been using the Vodafone Postpaid no. [protected](UP West) from July 2013. I am facing a lot of problem with Vodafone and your customer care support, while I get paid my Bills on time. Last month, I was also going to Port my Vodafone number but your Vodafone executive calls me to use Vodafone service. 1. I was using Talk plan Youth 250 from July 2013. 2. In this Talk plan, I was using 1Gb Data Usage free. 3. I get informed on 29Aug.2014 about Talk plan Youth 250 chages to Youth 250 New (500 Mb Data Pack) by your Executive. 4. Vodafone has never informed me about changes in plan on mail as well as on my mobile number. 5. I have already talked to Vodafone on 29 Aug. 2014 regarding this and continuously follow up...till now. But not getting positive reply...? I have also query for Data usage, it was 570 Mb on 30 August 2013. If I get already informed regarding this I will not exeed 500 Mb. My Bill Generated for August 2014 is 990.00 Rs. Who will be responsible for 70Mb*1024/10*.04= 286.72 Rs. Request you to Refund my 286.72 Rs. as soon as possible...Unless I will Port my number to other company. Such types of problems are happening againg and again.
