[Resolved] Vodafone India — Refund of bill amount | |||
I am writing this complaint with very much frustration with your feedback on billing. Since last 5+ years I was using 3 Vodafone numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. After much frustration with your service I port out all 3 numbers in March 2014. Now it is more than 4 months I have been contacting your customer care representatives via various ways Call, Twitter, Mails for reimbursement of extra charges that I have paid as bill. Every time I am getting response "We will update you within 2 working days" you can check this replies on twitter (@vijay_008) Now in last few days your representatives are asking me to collect cheque form Hadapsar store, Why should I go and collect it? It is your responsibility to deliver cheque on my address (which is same as billing address and till March 2014 all bills were delivered). Every time your representatives are providing wrong info and lying. I am feeling that you are begging and looting money. I strongly promising you if I don't receive my money in next 3 working days I will be filing Consumer court complaint against Vodafone. I have strong evidence.
