Vodafone India — Refund of deposit money after deactivating vodafone postpaid connection and porting to another provider | |||
My mobile number is [protected](Maharashtra region). On september 24th, I have ported my vodafone postpaid connection to another service provider. But the deposit money I paid during activation for vodafone is not yet refunded to me yet. I visited vodafone store 3-4 times the customer care executives are not able to solve this, I was shocked to learn that even they don't know about the status of the refund!! It has been 2 months of delay. why this much delay? Very poor service by vodafone. Please refund it immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
