[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Refuse to Deactivate Postpaid 3G Data Card

Dear Sir / Madam, I was using two vodafone postpaid data card no.[protected] & [protected]. On 13/11/14, I have purchased two prepaid data card of vodafone and send a request for the deactivation of both the postpaid data card. I have send 4 requests by email to vodafone care. To very shocking to me, the said post paid number has not been deactivated till now and they give a fake reason that I have withdrawn request. I do not understand the kind of policy vodafone has adopted. By doing so, they are losing my trust / faith on vodafone. I have decided never to go for a vodafone postpaid at any cost.
