Hi sir, I have recharged for 3G plan 649 on 14th Nov, 2014 unlimited pack which will be expired next month 13th. But I received an sms on next day 15th Nov, that validity expired. I called customer care and registered complaint . But they said after 48 hours, the plan will be activated again. But still not activated . when i call them again today. they said they tried to reach my no. But till now i m not get any call regarding that.
