[Resolved] Vodafone India — regarding billing problem and awful service | |||
Hi my number is [protected], and its been two months since i have taken this Vodafone post paid connection but it has became a lifetime nightmare for me. Half of the time network don't comes and if complains also there is no positive response from your customer support. My second and the biggest concern is the bill, as I have been calling up your so called customer care so many times and requested them to send my bill on my mail I'D as i stay outdoor more due to work but still its not been activated. As per customer care support i have completed all the formalities to do so but from past two months i have not received the bill and you people are asking me to pay the amount if i will not received the bill do you think it is feasible to ask and pay money. Its my request and warning if i will not get the bill on time i will drag you people in consumer court for this kind of service. Was this information helpful? | |||
