Vodafone India — regarding internet speed

dear sir i asked for the data plans of vadaphone and i was told that upto 3 gb i will get good speed of 2g and after 3gb uses the speed will be 40 kbps on dataplan of 245. but from starting i am getting the speed of 10 -15 kpps . i am very unhappy from this type of documentation, you should tell the customer truth. so please see into this matter mob no.
