Vodafone India — Repetitive Unnecessary balance deduction against services not activated by me | |||
There have been repetitive deductions from my balance against services which I have never activated. This has been really irritating becoz after every recharge on my mobile number, there is a deduction from my main balance against some random service.I am unable to understand the reason for this and so are your customer care executives, who put the blame on the customer (me ), which is just not acceptable by some person who spends around 800 to 1000 rupees a month and gets this sort of a response. Kindly solve this issue ASAP, else it leaves me with no choice but to Port my number, because its bearing heavily on my pocket unnecessarily and causing me a lot of trouble.
