Last month I bought a number [protected] from one of my nearest sim shop .
It is a postpaid number . As per rules my telephonic verification was done. But due to some personal problem I went out from city . When I was out of city I got a message from Vodafone . It was written that the verification gone negative ans please resubmit your documents again. I resubmitted the documents but verification was not done . It is for seventh time re submitted my documents . I had visit more than five time in Vodafone store but they are not able to help me. When I call on 198 number and talked to customer care they just say that u address is not true cable and your number is not respond able at the time of verification.
But the thing is I never got a call from them
So buying a Vodafone sim is my worst experience of my life
Now I decided to put a case on Vodafone in court

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Last month I bought a number [protected] . As per rule the verification was done and my sim got started but after two day my sim was stopped working when I called customer care they said me to put request for reverifaction again the verification was not done when I called customer care they said that your address was not terracable and your phone was not responding at the time o f verification. They suggested me to put a request for reverification . But again the verification was not done it is for fourteen time I put my request for reverification today
