Vodafone India — Security deposit refund | |||||
Dear sir/madam, After putting my all efforts complaining you about negligence of vodafone regarding refund of security deposit of rs.400 since 6 months. My contact no. Is [protected]. I converted my no. From postpaid to prepaid in april 2016 and your sales executives at vodaofone store (Vikas marg shakarpur) assured that security deposit will be refunded in 2 months. Its not yet received till the date. I visited many times to vodafone store laxmi nagar and gurgaon (Sohna road) But no solution arrived And called so many time to customer care. No one able to help me Even your assisting executives at vodafone store gurgaon putted 2 times request to send the security deposit cheque at head office, still not received. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 23, 2016 nrdey's response Please disconnect my Mobile connection No.[protected] to the immediate effect as I have been posted at Bhopal. Any query may be contacted in my Mobile No.[protected]. I will pay the balance outstanding amount till today itself. Henceforth, I will not pay any amount in respect of this number.

I submit all d details as per retailer told me nd i pay the ruppes to buy a new connection so whts the problem to activating my no.[protected]
