Vodafone India — service activated automatically

Hello, I am Vodafone prepaid user more than 7 year but when I change it in postpaid for the same no. and my problems get started, A service name [protected]@It get enabled on mid-night of every 2nd weekend. In last incident charged amount (for same service) get refunded to me because i have not requested for the service but this time they (Vodafone) are charging for the same and Rep is not giving me sufficient reason for the deduction. This incident lets down Vodafone Standards for me. Please take appropriate action on it and refund my money. Regards, Gagan Aggarwal [protected]
