Vodafone India — Sim card deactivated after some time o[censored]se

I purchased a Vodafone Sim card no. [protected] and recharged it after due verification it started working. It stopped working all of a sudden. I recharged it on 26.06.2015 but it remained inactive even after several reminders and complaints. I am a working lady and my husband is a Cancer patient, hence I I request that my Sim mentioned above be activated at the earliest. Vodafone is a renowned company and I fail to understand why there is so much delay in rectifying the problem.
