Vodafone India — sim deactivation | |||
Dear Sir, I ramesh tupe using a vodafone post paid sim ([protected]) dt. 25/07/2014. i already sumitted all the document required to vodafone. but still my sim card disconnected. document verification was done by vodafone executive. yesterday also my sim disconnected by vodafone. so please tack immegetly action on it to activate the sim card as soon as possible. I have all read place this request
On customer care And send two, tree time mail
allso in Vodafone corporate email ID
From last 15 days my sim Is not working
When I called to customer care they asked me you call on helhi customer care no, when I call in delhi customer care they asked to call corporate section
I request to them please place me request to call
To me but he refused
I send the mail that my sim is not working so please do oral communication to my on my other no. [protected]
In all this posses I had wasted my money and time
But there is on response so poor service what all you are I don't know
I want quick response and deactivate the sim imidietaly and will not pay this that amount of bill Wich I didn't use
