[Resolved] Vodafone India — Sim replaced to someone without any proper document verification | |||
I am vodafone prepaid customer . My Sim was deactivated on 18 july as someone placed request of sim change from vodafone store - Rajouri Garden and these vodafone store people Replaced the sim without any proper document verification and my no was deactivated .. Because of this negligence had to bare huge loss of money as someone from my bank account made a fraud transaction and as my no was deactivated i didnt receive any sms alert from bank regarding transaction .. Need to claim of my loss...and need action against the Vodafone store to be closed anand employee involved to be suspended... Was this information helpful? | |||
