Vodafone India — The unconfirmed add-on services and extra billing

I have the number [protected] in vodafone postpaid connection (alternate no: [protected]) that is unavailable now due to no complaint has been resolved regarding so many issue mainly for the extra billing for the unconfirmed add-on services even though I have closed it. few of complaints are below. Because of their worst service of customer care, value added services added with fake confirmation and the extra billing I have lost my contact number that I used for more than 10 Years and I was suffered a lot due to unavailability of my contact number that I have registered in online banking etc. I was not reached by my close relatives and friends who has that number even the heavy raining in Chennai.

So, why I can't go for the claim?
