Vodafone India — THE WORST NETWORK SIGNAL PROVIDER & VODAFONE STORE EXECUTIVES NOT RECIEVING THE CUSTOMERS PROPERLY.

Dear sir/madam, I have taken a new Vodafone post paid([protected]) connection on[protected] at Chennai NANGANALLUR VODAFONE STORE. They have offered me the vodafone red-699(plus service tax) plan mentioning that high speed 3G all over chennai & they have charged me for that but since from the dayi have taken the connection im not getting even 2G speed which i used to get from my previous service provier i.e, AIRTEL These people have stopped my outgoing calls with out intimating me the reason suddenly on[protected]. On[protected] at 7.45 pm i have gone to the store which i have taken the postpaid connection. None of the store employees have responded to my query till 08.30pm i have been standing in the store. When i asked the employees for what reason my outgoing calls has been stopped they told me that when the field verification person came to my mailing address the door has been locked so they stopped my connection without intimating me. They have to do all those things before they activate my number but they have not done that. The store people are saying to me to close the connection if i dont want t o continue.How could they say to the customers like this? by taking a new connection we will give our number to so many officials how could we change every time? These people were not bouthered about the customers i request the concerned department to punish them severly with penalty on vodafone. Thanks & regards, Manikumar, [protected]

The worst part is I'm receiving so many calls nd msgs from the company to make payment without bill generation &vodafone people r saying they have given credit limit of 500 as I crossed dat I need to make payment.
God only knows how they can give 500 credit limit for a 699 plan customer.
I don't want to increase The limit from my side bcoz it's their job to provide sufficient limit for 699plan.I don't know y they failed to do such a small things.
Please note all these minute things will impact on customer satisfaction.
I want to quote one sentence for vodafone:
"A satisfied customer gives more business By referring new customers "so concentrate more on customer satisfaction .they r zero in customer satisfaction levels nd I won't leave this issue until they provide service to customers.
