[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Unable to login to my account

Hello Vodafone, I want to draw your kind attention towards the problem faced by me recently after migrating my Vodafone Prepaid number into Postpaid. My MDN Number is [protected] belonging to West Bengal (Except Kolkata) circle. After the migration I am not able to login to my account using your website, but I can login using the vodafone android app. My postpaid plan got activated on 13th June, 2015 and after that I am facing this problem. Earlier when I was on prepaid, I could easily login to my account using the website and the android app. I have tried all the methods provided by your customer care executives, i.e., clearing browser cookies, clearing browsing history, clearing cache memory and even tried in 4 browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari & Internet Explorer). My cousin brother who himself is also a vodafone postpaid customer can easily login through the website, but I cannot. Please look through this problem and do the needful at the earliest. I have attached the required screenshots of the problems faced during login along with this e-mail. Screenshot 1: The Mobile Number and Password Screen where I have entered all the mandatory details for logging in to my account. Screenshot 2: After entering mobile number and password, it shows "Your Personal Account Page Will Take A Few Minutes To Load, Kindly Bear With Us". This is normal as I used to get this screen for 2-3 secs when I was on prepaid. Screenshot 3: Can You see the error popup just popped out? "System Error, Please Try After Some Time" Screenshot 4: There is a OK button with the error popup, the moment I click it, I am directly sent to the logout page. Thank You.
