Dear Sir, Ref. no: [protected] I want to inform you that I am the consumer of Vodafone India post paid connection. Last three or four months they have charged maximum bill amount by excusing many services. But I do not used or no request activated this services. Every months I pay the bill and inform him via email or messages to customer care about to forcefully activated many services to deactivated but no results. End of March I deactivated the Internet connection. But, It shown this monthly bill they are added extra downloading charges. Please kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
