Dear Sir, Ref. no: [protected] I want to inform you that I am the consumer of Vodafone India post paid connection. Last three or four months they have charged maximum bill amount by excusing many services. But I do not used or no request activated this services. Every months I pay the bill and inform him via email or messages to customer care about to forcefully activated many services to deactivated but no results. End of March I deactivated the Internet connection. But, It shown this monthly bill they are added extra downloading charges. Please kindly solve my problem as soon as possible. I submitted my complaints Dt. 16.05.2015. But sorry to inform you that you send message to call help line no. 144. But This number is invalid.
So, please solve the problem as soon as posiable
