Vodafone India — unauthorised deduction | |||
I m using postpaid number [protected] (UP) .I had taken an youth plan which gives 1 GB of free data along with other facilities.In this current bill cycle I have utilised 1215 MB, yesterday I got a call from vodafone to close my data as i was being charged .I understood that I might have been charged beyond 1 GB .But surprisingly the customer care representative told me that the plan which I am using is changed and the data which is now provided is 500 MB instead of 1 GB . He further told me that i have to pay for all the extra that i have consumed. It is unethical and illogical on part of vodafone which is the country's largest telecom company.Either I should have been informed about the change of plan primarily telephonically or atleast through messages. I request that I should be charged only for the data in excess of 1 GB in this bill cycle . Was this information helpful? | |||

Without doing anything from my site, the pack of "IcandyTV service " has been activated and Rs. 35/- decucted from main balance. This is totally unfair business practice by Vodafone. Claiming for refund.

Without doing anything from my site, as soon as I recharged main balance Rs. 50/- the pack of "IcandyTV service " had been activated and Rs. 35/- was decucted for this pack from main balance of my mobile number#[protected] dt.31/05/2015 at 11:44PM. This is totally unfair business practice by Vodafone. I am Claiming for refund please.
