Vodafone India — Unauthorized deduction of amount on grounds of access fee

To whoever responsible, I just used your online service to recharge my phone using my PayTm wallet [1]. Since I was low on credit, I used my remaining balance of INR 14 to recharge. There is no mention of any damn access fee on your website or the website I used to recharge. You deducted Rs 1.72 as Service Tax and Rs. 9.88 as Access Fee and recharged my mobile Rs. 0.74 -- WTF?! . There is no mention of ANY access fee on your god-damn-website. Please, either you explain in full detail what and where about your access fee or return my money back.
