Vodafone India — Unethical Billing Since last 6-7 Months | |||||
Vodafone has been Unethically Generating high charge Billing Since last 6-7 Months, My Plan is now changed to 249 But Still I am getting Above 500 Bills. I have 2 Post Paid SIM ( [protected] and [protected]). I changed my Plan in Feb to 399 But Since that I am getting Unethical Bills for both the Numbers, I got bill amount above 1200 Since then, I keep of sending Complaint but no one has solved the issue, no Explanation. Latter i got a call from Vodafone Representative and it was agreed that they had charged me Extra Bill for services which I did not avail and that was happening sine last 5-6 Months I was overcharged in Excess of above 1000 Rs Each month. But Latter no action was taken and I continued to get High Charges Bill. Even though I complained I kept on paying bills in fear of disconnect, In July I changed my plan to 249 Plan, but still I am paying bills above 600 Rs. Who is responsible to resolve the issue, is it that Vodafone is not afraid of the law in India and are doing what ever they want, Just like gunda Giri. Kindly help me reimburse my amount, as this month I am transferring my number to Idea Network. Thanks Prasad Kumar Was this information helpful? | |||||
