[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unethical way of charges for vas services | |||||
I have recently ported from bsnl to vodafone last week.i have been promised of best network and 1.5 gb internet and 500 mins call and 135 sms for rs 399 plan.When i started using it i was facing frequent network unavailable issues.i am not able to call anyone or receive any calls frequently.Today i came to know that i was charged 270 rs for VAS SERVICES which were activated without my consent.Please help me in getting the amount refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
