Respected Sir/Madam
I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone since 2002, when in was Hutch,
I never thought of any other service provider but now I am thinking that I may have to leave Vodafone.

At First a huge amount is deducted from my account for a service I did not activate.
When I call Customer Care they tell me it has been activated because I use internet. What do you think I am ? 2 years old ? That I do not know how to use internet ?
They said that the service will be deactivated and the amount will be refunded. But nothing happened over 24 hour.

I called the next day and my service is deactivated but no amount refunded.

I called again the next day and I have been informed that there hasn't been any complaint registered about any refund and they are doing it now and it will be done in next 2 hours.
But as usual nothing happened.

I called today and they said no complaint has been registered yet. So I asked them to register a complaint and give me the complaint number. Then they said that the money can not be returned.
So I am asking this why haven't I been told before ?
Do you train your executives to misled your customers that they will fed up eventually and leave the matter ??
I ask for details of any one person whose money has been returned.
And finally I ask if the Vodafone company is on the verge of bankruptcy so that you have to deduct from it's customers unethically.?
And if its the usual way you treat your old loyal customers then I am sorry to state it very clearly that you do to satisfy any single word you claim.
Regards
Rituja Gayen
