Vodafone India — Unnecessarily charged Rs.800 in a category Downloads.

I have no idea on what these terms are d2c_mobilart_75 wapvila_ppd d2c_mazaa_99 d2c_mydala_99 d2c_mydala_99 d2c_mazaa_99 Vodafone charged nearly Rs.800 in past two months of my bill. When I ask for justification, I got a response like they are paid site charges. I dont have any idea what that means. Then why the hell they are giving Usage limit ?
