[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unnecessary deduction | |||
I am a prepaid user of vodafone delhi and my mobile number is [protected]. From the past ten days Rs 2 are deducted from my account for some vodafone live aarti service which i never activated.although not activating for once even i sent a request to deactivate the service which was approved even then they are deducting the money.The customer care is nowhere helpful, they did refunded my money twice or thrice but i dont have the time and energy to call them everyday to get back my money .They dont even forward the call to their senior authority .you keep waiting for hours just so that u can connect to customer care.They told me you might have downloaded the aarti from the website but i had never even opened the website let aside downloading any such service.Noone has a clue how to stop this service just a bunch of sitting there at customer care.I would like all my deducted money to be refunded along with the deactivation of this service ASAP. Dear Vodafone My name is Bhaskar MandalMy contact is [protected] I am a loyal customer of Vodafone. But in (16 Oct 2014 ), I got a call from (+[protected] for an offer from Vodafone employee Mr. Sarat Das at 1.56 pm. But I refused this offer through the phone. But at 4.23 I got a sms. It shows my internet pack has been updated and Rs-100 had been deducted from my main AC balance. That's not fare. How could Mr. Sarat Das activates pack without my permission. I want my refund ! After that I called to customer care and Mr.Joyonto Roy from senior department of Vodafone, said Rs-100 will be refund but service tax also deducted from AC. That's not fare because Sarat Das activated this pack, not me, so why I pay service tax ! I also want to complain against Mr. SARAT DAS but Mr. JOYNTO ROY told me he can't. Customer care executive told me " don't use the internet if I use the internet Rs 100 will not refund" Now I use internet from another company from another phone. That's really not fare. This all harassment for Mr. SARAT DAS. IF VODAFONE CAN'T TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM THEN I THINK CUSTOMER IS NOT IMPORTANT FOR VODAFONE! .Please solve this and take action against Mr.SARAT DAS and refund my money without service tax deduction. If service tax deduct, I want COMPENSATION.

My mobile number is [protected] and i have been using this Vodafone number since 2004.
On 27th May'2015 at 12.15 am I was checking offers by dialing *111#. Every time we need need to activate any service, they give options as 1 - yes & 2 - no. We need to dial either 1 or 2 to activate a plan or 2 for not going ahead with the plan. But today when I was checking few offers, only by simply while checking the offers, they deducted money from my balance & have activated one stupid offer of some nonsense company which I don't even want it.
After calling thrice to Vodafone customer care, they did not cared the stop my offer, rather they are straight way telling that this is one time charge and cannot refund my money.
Vodafone is simply playing fraudulent with all these offers by directly implementing upon the customers with unnecessary deductions.
Kindly look into this matter.
