Vodafone India — unwanted 3g connection and absolute unprofessionalism!

Respected sir/madam, I subscibed to the Vodafone 3gb 3g plan worth rs 650/month.On 21st April, I withdrew the plan and in its place subscribed the super talk rs 199 plan.I submitted a letter to the Vodafonecarekolkata in the South City Mall.i received an sms from vodafone saying that my taiff plan has been changed.But a few days back a customer careexecutive caled me to inform that i am using 3gb 3gdata plus 199talk plan!!! what utter nonsense! today i received the bill saying i must pay rs 1057! pls check the issue and solve this utterly unprofessional behaviour!my phone no is [protected].i am enclosing the photo of the sms Vodafone on 21st April.
