[Resolved] Vodafone India — Urgent! 3g plan automatically changed to 2g without my knowledge | |||
Dear Sir, This is to inform that I, Shibaji Chattopadhaya, an old customer of Vodafone (Mobile No.: [protected]), was having a 3g data of more than 2gb upto 28th August 2015. On Saturday, 1st August 2015, I changed my handset from Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to Note 4, and due to some stupid offer of free 3g/2g data my plan automatically got changed to 2g from 3g. However I never wanted this plan in the first place. How can you even change a paid plan of 3g to 2g without asking my permission? I am really shocked! This is not expected from a renowned company like Vodafone. I even called the customer care but they don't seem to have any clue about this plan change. Therefore as a last resort I'm writing to you so that you can revert my plan back to 3g and provide me with my 2gb+ data which was earlier there for this month. It's been 2 days but still I didn't receive any reply from your team. I can't understand how you can keep me waiting even after paying for everything correctly!
