Vodafone India — Very bad customer service | |||||
Hello, I do have corporate plan activated on my number and would like to change the plan. I did visited Vodafone gallery and explained the issue on customer care number but they require some official letter from my organisation. Am not able to get any official letter from my organisation since I left that organisation long time back on which my plan was activated. Even after explaining the current scenario customer care is not able to help me with any of the solution nor reverting back with any of the findings. I have been following up on this issue since month Can anyone look into this matter and can get back to me. Hope to get positive response from your end.
