[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone 3G Mobile wi-fi dongle extremely slow- No responce from Vodafone customer service team | |||
Hi I had purchased a mobile multi device Wi-fi on 5th September, 2014 from Vodafone. The no. is [protected]; IMEI No- [protected]. The device is supposed to give 3G speed, however from the beginning it has been very slow in my residence at Building K4, Flat-3, 2nd Floor, Sector-16, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I can hardly work on the internet with this slow connectivity. I had lodged multiple complaints with Vodafone customer care, however, there has been no resolution to my problem. The customer care executives has even said nothing can be done & they have no plans of setting up any tower in the vicinity for the slow network problem, it may take more than 6 months for resolution etc. Request you to look into the whole issue & resolve. I has specifically purchased this device expecting fast 3G connectivity for internet & such responce from Vodafone is least expected & not acceptable. If the company is promising 3G speed & charging extra for the same, they should comply in their service & such kind of responce is just not acceptable.
