I had taken new mobile samsung...With that retailer has given me simcard...He told me that 1 month net free this is prepaid card use and throw it...I had taken that card to use vodafone internate for lifetime ...
When card is activated then i known that this is billing card...I had not call even single person and i had broken that sim card and kept with me...Now vodafone billing department is giving me bluster that u have to pay rs 134...Or otherwise u have to lose u r current docomo number
From 5 days i had not sleep due to tension has given me vodafone executior [protected]...He openly give me challange that u have to loose u r current card...I m doing business...If this my current card will gone...Then vodafone will be responsible
Plz take severe action toward docomo staff and plz give me satsfaction of being part of vodafone
