Vodafone India — Vodafone Customer care executive was rude | |||
Regarding a query i called the Vodafone Customer care and the executive who handles that did not answer my query properly and that guy was rude in his answer, he was laughing when i told him the problem i faced. The main point is he is not able to speak proper English and he was not able to understand what the customer is asking for and he repeats the same answer that is irrelevant to the query. Why do the company places a person who is not fit in the language and who doesn't have proper knowledge about the product and the service. Its disgusting and the executive cut down the call when i was trying to make him understand the query. Worst service ever and i have faced so may problem in the past too. My number : [protected].
