[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone Deactivated my connection without informing me
My Vodafone corporate connection was disconnected abruptly without a reason. On calling the customer care, I was initially told that someone sent a mail stating 'personal reason to terminate the number'. I demanded that I be transferred to a supervisor. The call was transferred to Deepak Shelke. He informed that Vodafone has received an email from Capgemini stating that the connection needs to be terminated. This is definitely not true and and such an answer is definitely not expected from an agent manning the Customer Service Desk of a company like Vodafone. The Tariff Plan that I have availed when I signed up for the Vodafone Service(and now I feel it was one big mistake) is a corporate tariff planowned by myself and not company owned and not paid by the company. So why would Capgemini ever send an email to vodafone to terminate my connection. Even if you have received such an email from the company, I should have been called and informed before disconnecting my services. This is a connection that I use for all my work purposes over the weekends and now I am without a phone. Was this information helpful?
