[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone deducted Rs 99 for 2 billing cycles for mydala deals | |||
Vodafone has bee deducting Rs 99 for 2 consecutive months under section mydala deals and when raised a call for complaint, they simply say that it was due to my downloads but I have never downloaded or even visited that site. I got 2 sms saying i purchased some voucher for visit to singapore from mydala but I have no idea about it!! This is absolute fraud and the customer care isn't responding well too. I have bared loss of Rs200 so far and they are not even aying that next billing cycle owards thos will not happen. How do I stop this deduction from my next billing cycle?
