[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone Extemely Painful Customer service

I recharged my cell no. [protected] with a data recharge of 125 Rs for 2G data using my payback points. My points got deducted but recharge unsuccessful. I called customer care hundred times but it was coming as busy and finally when it got connected he put it on hold for 15 min AND I HAD TO DISCONNECT. Such pathetic service from vodafone was not accepted. My Payback Transaction order no. is 3702411. Just refund my points otherwise i ll take some serious step against you guys.

We called 8****2***2 at 11:56 AM & 12:42 PM but there was no response from your end. Please suggest the best time between 9 AM to 6 PM when we can speak to you.
