[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone follo and lifestyle service | |||||
Vodafone has been sending messages that services like lifestyle and follo have been added to my number on my request. I have not requested it. They have cut a total of 25+35= 60 rs from my account. This is an absolutely unethical professional practice on their part. I demand a restore of my balance and an end to this harassment. I have deactivated the service immediately, but the balance has not been restored. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Sep 7, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Vodafone service centre cooperated and helped resolving the issue. Also amount was refunded.
A setting in Play Store had to be changed to avoid auto downloads from pop up advertisements in some apps. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
