Hi m Nitin From Mumbai.My no is [protected]. i have recharged my mobile with 200rs.i have activated 149rs 3G data plan.after using for 2 3 days, 49rs automatically deducted from my account.when i inquired about it to customer care they said that it is becoz of wap service which i click while using internet. but when i search in detail its a Vodafone app itself.whenever you use internet, it will automatically download in your mobile and deduct 49rs.and when call customer care they give stupid answer like its your fault, be care full while using internet.pl do not click on adds.Only Vodafone have access to my main account, how come other website can download anything and deduct my balance. please look into this issue and refund my balance, and make sure that this will not happens again. clearly said that we can't refund your balance because i have surfed
chargeable sites and downloaded contents which are chargeable. also he
said that we refunded you first time (This is happens second time, First
time they refunded my balance)because its our customer satisfaction
policy but we cant refund you this time.For your kind
information, when i second time called customer care executive ms.***, she clearly said that, you have downloaded/clicked wap
service(Which i didn't) that's why they have charged me and its a
Vodafone service by which i can see my last call cost, my data n blah
blah.., but i said i don't need this service, she said your
balance will be refunded within an hour, but this not happens. again i
called CC this time executive name *** picked up phone, same
story..balance not refunded, , again i called, this time *** picked
up the phone..same story ..balance not refunded...after this i wrote
this to you..and now you again say the same thing.I just want
to ask you, in first instance why your executives said that this is
Vodafone app/service(Either you don't Brief them properly or else they
still makes mistakes, but i think its not their fault because they are
just saying the right thing)and if it if chargeable
website, now i have only 1.40rs in my account then how come now i can
download the same content from same website.if it is changeable then
website or Vodafone should prompt me for low balance.but this is not
happening.and one more thing when i downloads the same content from any other operator its not chargeable.also
i have noticed one thing when you have balance in your account and if
you surf, , balance deducted for no reason.Also this not happening with
only me, same is happening with every other person(You can see Consumer
complaint forum.)This is just a new way of Vodafone to loot a innocent people.this not good and not suits to reputed companies like Vodafone.Also
when we call more than 3-4 time to customer care for same complaint
this people block us and we are not able to connect them.I am
still waiting for your Genuine and true reply.If this same things going
to happen i have to file the police complain against the concern
authority.because your deducting this small amount from each person and
making business of corers by fooling people.and please don't
give me this false reasons cause i am also a software engineer, i know
how to surf on web, where to click where should not, which are chargeable
sites and which are not. if you still
thinks, your systems are robust, please go and check again.because this
is not only me there are thousands of people complaining about same.
