Vodafone India — Vodafone is cheating with Wrong bill

Dear Sir/madam, I need your help as Vofafone is cheating me with wrong amount and is not giving me the detail of the usage for the amount they are asking me to pay. Also, the height of the matter is that they have shut down the services of my other phone on which I had not due at all. I would request you to please give me guidance on this matter.
