[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone Online recharge not successful - Amount Deducted from Bank Account | |||
Yesterday On April 22, 2014 at 00:05 AM, I went to Vodafone website for prepaid recharge of Rs 95/- . However your billdesk site continue showing payment in progress and later after 5 minutes showed page cannot be displayed. I selected my Stanc Debit card and RS 95 amount deducted from my Standard chartered account. Please refund the amount on my standard chartered bank as recharge was not done.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Vodafone number was – [protected], Amount Refund Request – RS 95 Below from bank account transaction summary - PURCHASE AT VODAFONE_BD 00:05:52/30489 INR 95.00 Please call me at [protected] for further details if any.
