[Resolved] Vodafone India — vodafone overcharged me | |||
Whenever I make any change with Vodafone they will screw up and makes sure that I had to pay more than what I should. This time I told them to change my tariff and my Internet plan and they again added an extra Internet usage charge where in according to my Internet plan I can surf, download and upload without paying anything extra, which I do every month, now this time they have charged me and when I called them to ask they said that according to your plan downloading has a cost. As I understand what happened was while changing my Internet plans they canceled the old plan before starting the new plan which is why the Internet usage cost appeared. As none of this is my mistake so please waive off the charges on the same bill. I am really tired of vodafone. please help my number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
