Hi, I am Sanjiv Kumar Singh having Vodafone No- [protected] on last 10 years. I am very upset by Vodafone Company due to plan (“MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G”) activated by the company without consulting me. Firstly they disconnected it. In the month of May-2014 Bill levied charges (Rs.750) without confirmation from me. Finally I am unhappy with Vodafone services. Regards, Sanjiv Kumar Singh M-[protected], [protected]

My name is Siddharth Shah and my vodafone number is [protected]. I received the bill with the plan MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G activated on my number. Vodafone have added 750 INR in my bill for the month of September-2014 and it is sheer case of fraud.

How company can add any plan on our number withouit our permission?

Hi, My name is Prakash Naik, I have been a customer of Vodafone since it was known as Hutch. my number is [protected]. the (“MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G”) plan has activated on my number without concerning me about this plan. Rs 750 has been billed for my October month.

Kindly deactivate this plan and refund/adjust Rs. 750.00 at earliest.

Revert me back immediately.
