[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone Wrongly charging amount for usage charges. | |||
I am using Vodafone connection from 3-4 years, from this i am very frustrated for this unwanted reduction. I have charged Rs. 49 for Internet usage charges in my pos paid bill in August (22/08/2014-08:57:45). Today When I asked to Vodafone they said I have downloaded wapvilla_ppd from Vodafone mobile connect hence charged this amount, but till date i have not download that's like application on my windows phone. Also i have checked my download history. And till date i doesn't received any notification on wapvilla_ppd. When I googled there was no crap coming up for this app. So please look into this matter and give me back my reduced amount ASAP. I want to ask some questions to Vodafone:- 1. How they can charging amount without any clarification as well as notification. 2. When i ask to Vodafone why they can't proper justification for this amount reduction. 3.
