Vodafone India — Wrong Billing and Misrepresentation by Vodafone Executives | |||
I ported my [protected] number from Tata Docomo to Vodafone. That time Vodafone executive gave me Monthly rental plan of Rs 300. which includes free internet of 2 GB for 3 months. And in first month I received bill of 1300. which shows Rs 900 for Internet uses. I made complaint to customer care, But received no response. And now, I am forced to pay bill, cause Vodafone has cut my out going service. Was this information helpful? | |||
