[Resolved] Vodafone India — wrong billing | |
I have activated basic international roaming on my mobile which is 99Rs per month. I have been on this for 3 months from July. July and august my bills were 700 Rs put together. Now in September i got a bill of 8000 Rs which shows internet usage which hasnt been used by me..I stay abroad and have my own wi-fi connection which i use for internet. Why would i even use an Indian number for accessing internet? The credit limit was increased automatically by them, n now the bill. Even after calling customer care, they make a complaint to waiver some 900 Rs plus tax, which again is not done by them. This is not expected from such a big company like vodafone. This is the worst experience, I have had in 5-6 yrs relationship with them. Was this information helpful? | |

This is with regards to my Vodafone Mobile no : [protected], last month I received a bill from Vodafone which was exorbitantly high and irrational. I was told that the charges are against internet usage. When I went through the itemised bill I found that I was charged for days when I was super busy and had not gone online at all ...

Mera mo no [protected] hai 5 years se prepaid tha isko maine postpaid me change karwaya 299 ke plan me 1st month hi 1500 ka bill net & sms ka jo ki maine use nahi kiya 2nd month 1100 ka voda consumer se istrike se loot raha hai mai 400 rupies ke under hi call kiya hai

Today i received a message from usage.[protected]@vodafoneinfo.com saying that " We are pleased to provide you with the following details regarding the Vodafone cell number used by you having No [protected].
Your present credit limit is Rs. 6300/- and your current usage (billed + unbilled) is Rs. 8203/-. Please make an interim payment of Rs. 8203/- without delay to enjoy uninterrupted services."
Last month, i called to customer care and confirmed that my internet data plan was activated for 4GB plan and then it will be upgraded to 8GB plan in this month after billing cycle @11.11.14.
This billing is totally unacceptable and try to rectify the problem without interrupting my services.

I have received my bill for my post paid voda no. [protected] for period 1.5.15 to 31.5.15. Please note that the company has charged unauthentic VAS amount in my bill amounting Rs. 254.50 but i haven't used any of such services.
