Dear customer services,
I am witnessing this for the second time and this time I strongly believe there is something wrong on your billing system.
This is my Data Plan number - [protected]
I could see the download charges are deducted for 21/02/2015 at 00:08 for the relatively same download sight the deduction happened exactly after 7 days at the same time 00:08 on 28/02/2015, again on 7/03/2015 seven days after 28th feb. This time too the download happens as per your bill at the same time 00:08. Lastly after seven days it held on 14/03/2015, surprising twice one at the regular schedule 00:08 and another at 6:01 no the same day.
I do not understand what's happening here, are you playing around with customer's money. Any customer for that matter o[censored]sage, they will not follow any pattern to download. which leaves me lot of suspects that a sort of illegal practice happens inside your organistion to boost the revenue. I have never come across those websites in my life.
Download at 00:08 in every 7 days of intervals that I have not done any such downloads in my life time. I need immediate apologies and waiver of the charges.
