Vodafone India — Wrong billing of my Mobile [protected] (porting case) | |||
Dear Sir, I have got porting of a mobile number ([protected]) from Airtel to Vodafone on 10th April 2015. When I spoke to Vodafone customer care for porting, they confirmed me a special plan of RS. 249 (For three months only) with some 600 free cash and 500 MB 3G data free for 3 months only. Now I have received an invoice attached, wherein it is mentioned that the plan is Per Min 249 Spl Plan but billing is wrongly done based on some 199 monthly rental with all 3G internet data chargeable. Effectively I have received a bill of INR 1627.78 wherein mobile internet charges of 1226.24 + service tax is wrongly charged to my accounts. I have requested Vodafone to reverse these charges and make this billing correct and apply the committed plan for 3 months from the date of porting i.e. 10 April 2015 but they are not responding properly and positively. In addition to that I am upset with the way your call center is attending the call and giving negative response to the queries. Also attached herewith slip provided by your executive while handing over SIM card to me at the time of porting request. You may speak to him for further clarification if required.
