Vodafone India — Wrong charges | |||||
We have your sales rep at our office he never informed me that Vodafone charges roaming in Maharashtra and the provider which i used never charged me with in Maharashtra so why i was given Mumbai sim when my address is of Maharashtra that is first mistake from your end or say your rep . now when i send a email you all reply is so late and send the scarp in that reply . when i went to your store there also i didn't got any help vasai store there a rep named Jay Sharma advised me to lodge a police complaint to get the compensation is that the way Vodafone works it seems Vodafone do not care for there customer Jay Sharma refused to log my complain as well he asked me to visit the Mumbai store and i know there also i will get the same nonsense scrap . when i asked to port my number they said i will have to bare the same charges for more 2 months for converting it to prepaid also i will have to wait for 3 months . so please advise what should be my further course of action .i only have 2 option 1: stop your services with out paying any charge and buy new sim of other provider . 2:To pay the revised bills and stay connected with Vodafone Was this information helpful? | |||||
