Hi, Wrong data plan activate on my Vodafone number [protected]. i have check the best offer on my number dial *121# . two offer were shown 1. 300 Rs 2GB 3G 2. v2v 200 [protected]@50 i have activate the 300Rs 2GB 3G data plan on my number on 04 may 2015 at 8:55AM. but same was not activated on my number. then i called to customer care complaint number i.e. 198. Customer care executive told me there might be some server problem your plan will activate within some time. but same was not done. then again i called to customer care then i got the same reply. then i checked the sms details i got Rs 450 2GB plan was activate on my number. again i call to customer care to change my plan but customer care executive denied to change and then he told me Rs450 plan was deactivate on my number after 30 minute and one day charge will be paid by you on billing cycle. may i know why should i pay for wrong activation of data plan and why wrong data plan was activate on my number.
