[Resolved] Vodafone India — wrong deduction of balnce | |||
Hello sir, i am consumer of Vodafone since last year and haven't faced any issue regarding wrong deduction. on 10 sep14 i have got a message that i have lost 99 ₹ on downloading some (shots ). Though i am not did it of it. i placed a complaint to customer care on 10 sep 14 17:58hrs .that customer care representative assured me refund of my balance in next 24 hrs but he didn't even register my complaint.. Its the serious issue he was misguiding the customer as i came to know this on 12 sep 14 morning when i called care again .. I request you plz don't misguide the consumers... Please look into the matter as care is not helping me on my problem.. Was this information helpful? | |||
